Frozen Coconut Mousse. Pistachio Coconut Crunch. Lime Caramel. Mango Caviar.

Refreshing with a lot of flavors and textures. Dessert I had made for my pop-up dinner event at POP in Detroit last month. A lot of great food has gone through there and glad to be apart of it.
